I am doing aggressively Press Releases for my sites, i am getting the good search results for that in Google.
I wanted to know, is there any tools are avaialble to track conversions from the press releases.
If any thing is there let me know.....

You could use tracking links within your press releases and then use your regular analytics programs to track the conversions.
