It's an area where there hasn't been a ton of development yet franco. However when you're reviewing carts you'll probably want to review the features see if they have WAP support rather than looking specifically for WML.
The only that comes to mind immediately that has full WAP support is Comersus, though I'm sure there are others. I don't have any direct experience with this one, so can't really recommend one way or the other. I expect that as wireless surfing becomes more prevalent we'll see more of the shopping cart provides adopt WAP/WML support.
