Hello,

I have seen some pages, which has PR 1+ but not cached by google.
What factors google considered to give the PR?
Those pages also ranked on some keywords.

THanks,
YOgesh

That can't have a ranking or PR unless they are in Google's index. If they're not cached, then they must have a nocache tag in the code.

Either that, or you're just seeing the results from different data centers.
