So with no further ado here's what I currently have on file...
Ask/Teoma
- Webmaster Contact Form
- Webmaster Guidelines/Help (really more of a spider/robots help section)
- Submit Your Site (See Next Entry)
- Submit a Sitemap (Short version, use http://submissions.a...m/ping?sitemap= followed by the url address of your sitemap)
- Report Spam
- Report Copyright Infringement
- Webmaster Contact Form
Notes:
1. If you suspect a 302 Hijack situation use the above with a subject line of "canonicalpage" so that so that your request is routed to the correct working group.
2. If you need to file a reinclusion request because your domain has been removed due to use of shady tactics, use the above form after cleaning up everything. Use a subject of "Reinclusion Request" so that it is routed correctly. Google will want to know two things. 1. That the spam/shady tactics are all gone or have been fixed; and 2. That it's not going to happen again. You'll need to supply details if you want back in. Including whatever corrective actions you have taken to make sure it never happens again. - Webmaster Guidelines/Help
- Submit Your Site
- Add your site/business to Google Local (Requires a free account)
- Submit Sitemap (Requires a free account)

- Remove a URL from the Index (Requires a free account)
- Google Keyword Tool for conducting keyword research.
- Google Trends where Google displays graphis to show year to year and quarter-by-quarter search volume data.
- Google Webmaster Tools - Can give you all sorts of information to help you sort out spider crawl problems, among other things. Note: You do not need to submit an xml sitemap to get useful info. Simply verify your site is actually your site.
- File a Reinclusion Request
- If you get a warning in the SERP pages that your site contains malware and may be dangerous for people to visit, run your domain through Google's Safe Browsing Diagnostic tool. To do so, use a url address like CODEhttp://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/replacing YOURDOMAIN with your actual domain. The resulting page will give you more details about malware Google has detected during its spider runs.
