It must be your link backs. Check on google how many link backs you have to your webiste this way:
link:yourwebsiteurl.com
This command does not work. Google broke it a long time ago and they have been very clear in more than one public forum about the fact that it shows only a random sampling of backlinks. The backlinks are updated about once every three months.

it has inverse relation with your website PR
There is no documented relation between the reported backlinks and PR.
Link popularity will vary from search engine to search engine and day by day due to many factors, including (but not limited to):
1) Frequency of crawls on sites linking to your own
2) Changes in your URLs
3) Availability of sites linking to your own
4) Adjustments in database (due to filters, new ranking algorithms, etc.)
5) Performance of the search engine servers (they sometimes stop processing requests and return what results they have due to server load)
What people need to be concerned with is how well their sites do in the search results for their targeted queries. There is no direct correlation between linkage and search results performance. Some sites get good rankings on the basis of linkage and other sites get good rankings on the basis of content, and some sites do it through a combination of both.
