I have submitted my site to Yahoo and now I am wondering if I should also submit to Yahoo UK and Yahoo Aus/NZ or would that be considered spam.

If you're already in the Yahoo Directory, I believe you will be placed in all the other relevant directories they have.

Yahoo told me themselves that Yahoo.com and Yahoo.co.uk share the same website directory.
Don't know about the other ones.
