I have 3 sites being hosted on the same IP, in different folders, different Domain Names(not subdomain). One of them is the company site which links to one of our services and I am planning to host one more service on the same server as there is plenty of space and I can use SQL features, etc.
So my questions. Can i get penalized for 1-2 links from each one to the other(completely relevant).
What do you think? Do anyone have such interlinking sites on the same server?
Thanks
cenk

If it makes sense from a business standpoint to link the sites, then link them. It will be good for your site visitors, and the SEs won't care. Really.

Welcome cenkbut !
What Torka said, really.
I own probably 100+ domains (lost count after 10) many of which share the same IP number. Some of them link to each other where it makes sense, some don't because it doesn't. We won't even get into all of the other sites I host that happen to share an IP number.
Never had a problem with the search engines.

Hmmm I do the same as Randy (though not quite so many domains!) - the sites seem to be treated independantly and rank fine.
Most of them have a link to the core company portal, as a kind of we did it type thing.
That doesnt seem to have any effect either way.
