If I'm in on this (not very likely if we don't do it in my yard), I don't care what color my headwear is, but it better not be a friggin flimsy hat. I want a helmet. With a visor. And a HazMat suit.

I loooove paintball. I'm definitely in! Put me on anyone's team, I just wanna shoot people! If we can't get enough for paintball, we can always do lazer tag...

I am not sure this would work.

I mean the white hats will be making sure the guns are working properly and that the paint balls are in fact of the correct weight and density so as not to harm anyone. and that stuff takes time you know.

The Grey hats are going to get the guns, but then will be stuck in the middle half way to the 'paintball ammo' shed as arguing about which route to take!

Meanwhile the black hatters will be busy spray painting ball bearing with slow drying paint so that when everyone is shot they will look down, see the paint on their clothes, feel the pain, know something is not quite right as a paintball shouldn't be able to do that, but they have just seen and felt it!.

Also the black hatters will be banned after a few minutes anyway, and will spend most of their day running back and forth re-registering to compete under a different name, and stuck in this loop.

Meanwhile the organisers will be spending all their time with the re-registering black hats that they will not be able to keep score, so in the end no one will know who are the best!
