No, but it can be privately messaged to those who are interested.
Sounds like the aging delay. How old is the site?
The site is has been online for more than 5 years now and the current site since June. All pages have been spidered and indexed perfectly since then. The unique visitor numbers even doubled from going live with the updated version due to better ranking.
And it gets even more bizarre: I added an extra set of direct links to all the pages in the 'disappeared' section from every other page on the site (in the footer). Hoping that this will 'trigger' Google to rank them again.
These links have since been indexed but not with the intended effect. When searching for 'lake district christmas breaks' our site comes up but with a random page with the link to the christmas page in the footer. The actual 'Christmas breaks' page is still nowhere to bee seen!
Hope this makes sense. Any ideas anyone? Or is it just a Google mystery?
The pages from the 'disappeared section' still have their pagerank (4/10) and the other SE's rank them fine but most of our traffic has always come via Google so I can feel it...
Thanks everyone for your help,
