I'm showing up in Yahoo search results top or near top for some of my main keywords. From posts I've read so far, a 299 listing on Yahoo is probably not a good investment - any comments please?
Also, are Yahoo search results impacted by Google PR?

I have one site that is listed in Yahoo! Directory (yes, USD299 is kinda high esp that this is only for one year, another USD299 next year).
But for some highly competitive search phrase, the site I had listed is number one. And I notice that the site description referred to the Yahoo listing instead of the updated page title I did to the site (same with the description). There have been some impact to sales of course (because it's number one on Yahoo!).
Given the experience I had, it does not mean I recommend you to have the listing. You can try Y! Search Marketing (Overture) or focus on directory listings. I just found the resource of being in the directory helpful in the ranking for Yahoo! and it generated a good revenue so far.
Google PR has nothing to do with Yahoo! or any other search engine.

I think the comments have all been made in what you've read already, no?
Is paying for Yahoo Worth it?[/hr]

No. Yahoo doesn't compute Google PageRank, only Google computes that.
