Well I have not used there services, so I can't comment specifically on them.

I do think that providing keywords based into a dozen groupings or whatever is fairly worthless though.

The tool most SEO firms use are either the free Overture Search Term Suggestion Tool
free Google Keyword Sandbox
or WordTracker.

WordTracker costs $6 a day if you want to try it out for a day. you can do just about whatever you would need it for in less than a day

they also offer a Free Trial where they email results

I'll see if I can find out where they get their data. I'm not sure what its value would be to the average webmaster, but if they've got the top 250,000 searches from somewhere it may have some value to an SEO who's looking for quick answers.
