Yep! Around this forum, that pretty much goes without saying. But it's always good to say it now and then lest some forget.

Link to his interview with Aaron
I even have a link on my blog.

I know that I refer to his site quite often when chatting or talking on websites.
"oh yeah did you see what matt posted in his blog the other day"
"no who is matt cutts"
"Ex google engineer, mattcutts.com/blog"
And there you go he has another link.
I would dare say the corrupt dmoz editor's blog would also have alot of links

He's not an "ex" google engineer though, Marc. He still works for them.

Dont know where I heard ex from? anyhow I guess that does put him in a very good position to comment on google.

Math and music are inextricably linked, from the real low level physics of the individual frequencies (why does a major scale have 8 notes and why are there 12 notes in an octave - why those particular frequency intervals, etc etc) to the repetitive patterns found in popular song chord structure (The 1-4-5 chord structure and variants thereof is found all over popular music dating back to the 20s, but not in classical works by Beethoven or Mozart)
If math wasn't linked to music, we wouldn't have MIDI synthesizers or keyboards..
