This weekend sees the 'webmasters in the sun' event that the company I work for is organising here on the Costa del Sol..

Just want to say I look forward to seeing some of you lot perhaps, even if under their real aliases. It should be a great event, some top figures coming and some great locations..

Perhaps we will see some comments about the event after our no doubt major hangovers next week. ale.gif

Webmasters in the what? Are you talking about that fireball in the.... that thing above the ceiling.... the sky? Are you out of your mind? Webmasters melt when they're exposed to that thing!

The Sun???

I've heard of that. Isn't it a giant nuclear explosion causing skin cancer, human sacrifices to mayan gods and global warming?

I'm much safer in front of this nice toasty EMF radiating monitor here, with some nice safe fluorescent lamps above me lighting my world in a gentle green glow...

uhhh... come to think of it, maybe I will check it out - what are the details?

You people know NOTHING about the UK. It rains, and when it isn't raining it is snowing, and when it isn't snowing, it is sleeting (snow and rain) .

Oh & The sun is a uk newspaper famous for having neked women on page 3 biggrin.gif

You're all good candidates or UPONG!

I wonder if anyone will show up to this event that is in the sun then if webmaster's are allergic. It seems like it might be interesting though!

Thats just a temp url I believe, but shows some of us do actually live and work in sunny places without melting.. Drop below 70 degrees and we turn into popsicles!

Obviously its bit late notice for you to come all this way for a piss up now but if you are near this way, I can get you in if you wanted, only 2 hours from london of course. thumbup1.gif
