Ha ha ha! My husband used to think that. Every time he'd go to a site and click to see a product he'd yell from the other room "Karon! Come look at this. I didn't just buy this did I?"
Then there's my mom who phones me all the time to ask if I can dial into her computer and fix something. How many time do I have to tell her..........
Both of them would freak if a pop up jumped on the screen with "May I help you?"

Wow! talk about market research this is great. I kind of expected these answers. Almost an overwelmingly negative response. I also would not like to have a window open while I'm looking at a site. I think I'll stay away from that product.

Not completely negative. I actually *like* the option of live help, but I don't want it forced on me.
