This may be more appropriate for a referral than an RFP because it is tiny...

My client needs a .mov file turned into something that works better on the web. It should be streaming, I'm guessing (but I know nothing about audio files). The movie is about 5 minutes.

Also needed is a separate file with just the first 30 seconds. She's got a couple of different audiences to appeal to here, so she needs to offer a choice.

I received some recommendations for file formats in another topic here, but I don't have the experience in video to make the right choice for format or do anything about it.
