No... sadly, I did not. 
It's on the Christmas list... along with Strunk & White's Style Guide and the MLA Style Guide! See, you can be an expert all you want, but you've got to make sure you don't stop learning, even learning things you thought you already knew.
Nothing's more embarrassing than missing something obvious in your field of expertise.
