For some reason I get totally different adsense ads on one of my sites when viewing w/ and w/o /index.php:
[www.webtreehosting.com] and [www.webtreehosting.com/index.php]
When you view the site w/o the /index.php the ads (lower-right) are for contact lenses. I do have another site on the same server which is for contact lenses but I have no idea how/why it would be pulling those ads for this webhosting site.
Also, Google AdSense spiders me daily so I figured this would clear up eventually, but it's been like this for several weeks so I'm not sure what's going on.
