Hi kmtell, the buzz seems to focus around Clicktracks, Conversion Ruler and Hitslink these days. You'll also find some others mentioned earlier in this thread. Basically, you can probably find something providing conversion analysis for less than $700 per year unless I'm severly underestimating the traffic for your site.Thanks, Haystack. No, I don't think you're underestimating our traffic. We only get about 200 visits/day.

I imagine the goal for your site is to inform potential clients, then get them to fill out the contact form so a sales person can follow up on a warm lead. By tracking site paths take by visitors you can get a feel for how people are using your site which can lead to design changes. Checking the Exit Page report can sometimes lead to discovering a problem with a page (typos, poor choice of photos, etc).
