Debra and I came in together from Chicago. We got settled and had dinner at a nice Mediterrean place nearby. We were pretty beat from the time zone change and flying all day, so packed it in early to check forum posts and email!

It was a looooong week but an extremely good one. Came away with a couple "ah-ha's", put faces with names, and heard more "create good content" as a means of SEO success than ever before.

The phrase of the week was "avoid crap sites" (heard it in every session I attended), pimp hats were the rage, you didn't have to walk three miles to the convention center, and bloody mary's were the drink of choice at breakfast/lunch!

In one of the linking sessions, Eric Ward publically thanked Danny for all he's done through the years in conjunction with the SES conferences. It was a nice gesture and if the audience applause was any indication, everyone felt the same.

it was great to meet y'all!! I had such a great time and came away with a ton of new ideas. It never ceases to amaze me at how much I can learn from each of these sessions!

Thanks Search Rank for the ride to the airport. And thanks for bringing along your wife - she's the coolest!

So... who's ready for Jill's conference in Philly in November? Y'all know I'll be there, since its in my back yard!
