Does Yahoo have a "sandbox" effect like Google? I have heard a rumor that they are implementing one. I have no idea if it is true.

I've not seen or experienced anything like a sandbox from Yahoo, Jason.

They do seem to be a bit slower on the uptake in both deep crawling new sites and getting around to them in the first place if there aren't some pretty decent links established, but I've not seen pages that refused to rank after they've been crawled and indexed.

I just put up my first website and I have seen some funky things with Yahoo. I ranked top 5 in two phrases for 2 weeks and then dropped 300 spaces. It seems to yo-yo.

Thanks for the quick reply.
