Hey everyone, this might not be the best place for this so I apologize in advance if it is not. I have worked with a very bright young woman for the last 6 years and she is probably the most qualified PR person I have ever known. She is looking to branch out on her own much the same as many of the SEO's in here. She is interested in any type of opportunity but feels pretty passionately about foreign relations. Where can she get information on companies looking for contract PR?
