Knowing the aging filter is only theory, would you suppose the aging filter is started when the domain or sub domain is BRAND NEW or if it’s started when it was FIRST INDEXED by the search engine?

I plan on creating some sub domains in the future, but I’m not ready yet.

Should I go ahead and create my sub domains and put a small a introduction on the index pages? Or should I go ahead and create my sub domains with index introductions AND try to get indexed by the search engines to try to get the aging filter worn off before the sub domains are fully being used?

Maybe I should only create my sub domains till I’m ready and suffer penalization from the filter?

Sub domains don't appear to be affected, just brand new domains.
