In a gist, an affiliate's domain name is showing up in Google Canada for a couple of our listings. When clicking the link you are taken to our site under the affiliate's URL, which is no biggie. Just trying fo find out why their domain name is showing rather than ours.
As always, thank you very much! in advance.

What you'll want to pay particular attention to is the server response code. Most likely, you're going to see your affiliate's redirect link to your site is being served as a 302, as that is what Google has been struggling with.
To fix it you'll need your affiliate --or your affiliate program if it goes through some other URL first-- to make sure their redirect to your site is providing a 301 Permanent redirect.

Since it still ultimately sends traffic to your page, it should be OK unless the affiliate is getting credit for sales from every person who clicks that link from the SERP.
Have them change it to a 301 permanent redirect as Randy says and everything should be fine.

In deed, the affiliate is using a 302, which means he would probably get credit for our successful SEO. I'll be contacting him to ask him to use a 301, as per your suggestions.
