There are several article submission ideas in this thread in the Publicity and PR area of the forums.

I've used the Phantom Writers distribution service several times, when I'm too busy to do it myself. They have a pretty good database, and I always get good distribution from them. They also submit to all the usual "article announcement" mailing lists, so any editors who are watching those will see it as well.
