How Bout <h1> Tags?

And search engines do pay more attention to them than normal text. Just be careful not to abuse them. They shouldn't be reformatted so much that they look like normal text, and they shouldn't be so long that a <p> tag would work better. They should just be headings, followed by information that fleshes out the subject matter they describe.

Is it to prevent the SE to verify the actual look of the text , so that they will eventually see that as spam or simply to make sure that the page is properly formatted for your visitors.
I modify my header tag mostly to apply a color to the text, I make then a bit smaller not to clash with the site design. It has to reflect your site template also.

The <h1> does normally end up larger than it really needs to be, and according to the html standards you're supposed to use that one before you use the smaller ones. CSS is a good way of making it look better.
But, if you're going to make it look exactly like your text, why bother?

Usually I'll do something like this:
<h1><span class="hometitle">Personal Cash Advance</span></h1>

Header tags are very important. They are supposed to be used as a title to the whole text, or as subtitles to paragraphs.
It is as simple as this:
Does that make sense?
Simply put your nail under the clip, and pull it up a bit. Then you will be able to put your finger completely under it and pull harder without destroying your nail. Be sure to do this only, when the clip is at the top of the ......
Perhaps this will make it easier to understand:
Now it is easy to figure out what this text is about.
How to open a Coca Cola can
Simply put your nail under the clip, and pull it up a bit. Then you will be able to put your finger completely under it and pull harder without destroying your nail. Be sure to do this only, when the clip is at the top of the ....
The Header makes the copy understandable much quicker. The same goes for search engines,.. the better the copy is structured in HTML the easier it is to understand what is important.
