I have a site that is appearing in the results for keyword search on MSN. Unfortuantely, the client is concerned that the description, which contains a product use warning will be off-putting to potential customers. Is there anything I can do to have it changed?

Does this appear in the web page section of MSN results ? If so, make sure you have an attractive meta description and then submit that page to Inktomi PFI via Positiontech.com or one of their other partners. You will find that the listing reappears (possibly at a higher ranking) with your chosen description.

Just to add to what Mark said, if the result is coming from the MSN Web Directory section, it's probably your LookSmart description, which you can request to have changed (for a fee, I'm sure).
