Seattle SEMinar, March 31 & April 1: http://www.highranki...seo-seminar.htm

I'm coming in Wednesday evening. We'll be in the U-District, my old neighborhood, so I've got big plans - Stella's, Costas, Araya's, if any of them are still there.

Dan,

That's unbelievable. My office is literally 2 blocks from the Watertown... The restaurants you mentioned are still there, but I'm not sure I'd go to Stella's unless it was beer and wine only. I'll take you to some real Seattle restaurants. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help out!

Randfish, please join us for the dinner on Thursday night (see more details in Dan's link above). That's open to all, not just seminar participants. We look forward to meeting you!

I'd be honored to - I'll register for it this afternoon. Perhaps I can take you (collectively) out on Tues. or Wed. if you're in town early.
Best,
Rand

Friday night it is. Maybe I can bring you some fresh-baked cookies from up the block too while you're conferencing. Jill, I'll send you an email as the date gets close. I'm going to be at the SES conference in NYC at the end of this month. The guys at SEW talked me into it and I'm a little nervous (since I've never been to one of these things before), but also quite excited.

Well, we'll get to meet you in NY first then! (I split this topic off from that keyword research one it was in.)

The cookies sound great!

Jill, Will you have the Seminar CD for sell? I cannot attend that seminar. It is very costly because I live in Thailand. Do you have any plan to have seminar in Asia Pacific?

We have no plans at the moment for one in Asia Pacific, sorry!

Not sure whether we'll have a CD for this one or not. It's probably time to make another one, so maybe.

BTW, it was nice seeing you in NY, Jill. Next time drinks on me. smile.gif

John, you're welcome to come to our dinner on Thursday night (Mar. 31) at Ivar's Salmon House.

In fact, everyone's welcome! We did something similar at our "Boston" seminar and it was great fun!

There's more info on the dinner on the seminar page. You can sign up for just the dinner through the the seminar registration form.

Here we are! Scottie and I got in yesterday about noon local time. I was hungry! RandFish picked us up at the airport and took us on a mini-sightseeing tour and then to lunch at Etta's. Great food! I had crab cakes.

Then we went to Pike's Place (Dan, is that right?) which is an open air market that has all sorts of stuff. Fresh produce, gorgious flowers (especially tulips... my fav) jewelry and lots of other things. Scottie and I had to get some flowers for our room. A huge bouquet was only $15.

We came back to the hotel for a bit then went to dinner at Stella's (Dan Thies' suggestion). Excellent Italian food! I was stuffed.

Shortly thereafter, it was off to bed.

Chris, Matt, Dan, Debra, Jill, Scottie and I are now in day one of the Seattle seminar. We just got started about 10 minutes ago so nothing overly exciting to report yet.

It wasn't my fault. I wasn't in control. RandFish was driving and I didn't have any control over where we went.

HOWEVER... I have been shopping online during the presentations trying to find deals on the 'Net. Fear not, OWG! We have all day Saturday to shop and find shoe deals. wink.gif
