Ok, I think I've run into this problem before but I need a refresher. Google's cache of a dynamic .aspx page on our site shows strange characters in place of special characters like a bullet or hyphen. Must have something to with encoding right? But is there a way to fix it?
Here's an example:

We have another thread about this, try a forum search for "strange characters in google's cache" or something to that affect.
