Hi people,
I have received several complains that when users search using my adsense search box, they receive much less results than from Google.com I tried many other Adsense search box from other websites and found the same problem. Anyone know why?

Less Results From Adsense Search Than Google.com

I have seen cases where Google reports less found results on web searches conducted through the Adsense search box compared to a search on Google, but the actual results listed have been the same.

Google uestimates the amount really. maybe it is more accurate at reporting ' of about ' stats under one weight than the other. who knows?

But users to my website has been complaining that my search box is not as good as google.com because of the number of results returned. Anyway around this problem? I have yet to receive a reply from Google regarding this...

hmm... sorry can you explain what you mean for "it is more accurate at reporting ' of about ' stats under one weight than the other"? I also noticed that when searching from different countries, the number of results differ too...

Supplemental results are triggered on a relatively small number of queries for which Google's main index does not provide many results.
