Just wondering if somebody would be kind enough to take a look at a layout problem that I'm having with a current design.

Everything has been going well until trying to implement "the gallery" into my css design. When entering the gallery in Internet explorer I am getting the three pixel jog and the container is not centering itself in the browser window.

the gallery is designed using tables and has its own couple of style sheets which has to be causing the trouble, I just can't spot it.

I haven't bothered posting the code as I assume that you guys would be able to look at it with Firefox

it's all a bit of a mess at the moment and I just need to get this functionality happening so I can move forward.

if anybody can help me I will owe them a thousand beers

Well, it's not a real solution...

But if you slap the DOCTYPE from the first page into the second page it takes IE out of quirks mode and gets rid of the wacky spacing.

You're gonna have to drink about 998 of them since I've pretty much given that up. Now if we were talking Iced Tea, I could drink anybody under the table!
