Any idea how to find this out? The forum is set up here. Your help greatly appreciated as my mind is drawing a blank tonight on how to access how many threads Google has cached if any.

As a former techncial writer, I may be able to translate...
A "cookie disabled UA" is a user agent (i.e. browser software, search engine spider, etc. -- basically a visitor to your site) that cannot accept cookies. Either it simply can't (like a search engine spider) or it won't (like a browser where the user has turned off cookies).
Apparently, your forum is requiring a session ID or appending a session ID to the URL whenever a "cookie disabled UA" visits. A session ID can help the forum keep track of you, at least for the duration of your visit, so if you ask it to show you all your unread posts, it will be able to tell which posts you've actually read so far during this login session. So a session ID can sometimes be used as an alternative in the event that cookies aren't accepted.
However, SE bots don't like session IDs either. SE bots won't visit pages that require a session ID.
So, somehow, your forum has started requiring a session ID for UAs that don't accept cookies. This is a classic situation that will turn the SE bots away at the door.
The solution is to fix it so the forum doesn't require either a session ID OR a cookie. As to how to do that, I recommend you check with whoever provides tech support for your individual forum.

But they still don't particularly like required session IDs.

Right now it is set to YES to save on bandwidth.
Print HTTP no-cache headers?
(This will stop browsers caching pages)
On another note, I just realized that this forum uses Invision Power Board too yet Google DOES cache all its threads? Obviously there is some setting somewhere that I have checked off that is the problem

Another board setting to check on, is to make sure that you are allow Guests to read your forums. I'm not all that familiar with IPB, but that may remove the Session ID/Cookie requirement, if you're requiring people to log in before being able to read the threads.

I sent you that robots.txt code to put in Tawnya to keep your print version pages from being crawled- a lot of what is indexed is the same stuff in a different layout.
I don't know why that session ID is generated sometimes and other times not- your settings look fine. And the bot logs show that Google is visiting regularly, so nothing to worry about.
