Have you heard about 404 page not found errors. They are some what cloaked redirect pages. A search engine is allowed to see a different page and we will be seeing different pages. One example I came across recently was really amazing to me. the URL was ranking no 2 in search engines.
When I clicked on it, it just redirected me to some site. When i saw the URL on the search bar it was completely different from the one I saw in search engines. And I went back and checked google cache for this URL and it said 404 page not found.
Google is in development of a new algorithm to handle these kind of pages and soon we can see all these redirects out of google. Only valid XML redirects are allowed in google, :robot:
