Does the # of pages indexed by search engines effect your rankings, because the first page of my site is indexed by most search engines but, no PR for any keywords--you have to type in the domain.

I can't get all my pages indexed because my domain is being forwarded.

I completed it on 10.26.04 and it's cached but google didnt take a snapshot of it. Why is this? If you're a good SEO, please give me a short review until I can request a site review- like my header thank you.

Long story short, it hasn't been nearly long enough to expect the search engines to have done much at this point. You're only talking 2 days ago!

That said, yes the number of pages indexed can have an effect on your placement in the search engines. Links within your site can have a very positive effect, not only because of the number of pages but also because of the text you use when linking from one page to another. That linking text can help the search engines figure out what each page is about.

Not sure what you mean by your site being forwarded. We would need more details on how it's being forwarded and why to offer any potential solutions.

The domain was registered about a month ago and google indexed it about two weeks ago. The site however--I've been doing major changes to up until 2 days ago.

The thing with the domain is that I registered it at Godaddy then I mask and forwarded it to the subdomin, or whatever that zyweb gave me. That's the reason, why I can't index nothing more than the homepage because after you mask forward you can't find each page by address-you have to click on a link on the homepage.

If I don't mask forward it the subdomain would show but my domain would still lead to the homepage.

I contacted zyweb about this and they told me, that I would have to transfer and host my domain with them.

Are you talking about a 301 redirect?

I dont know about all that but I forwarded my domain for free when I register my domain with GoDaddy.

You can also forward your metatag, keyword, description,Title all masked if you want.
